Chalet Ivy Hirafu, Niseko

Excellent Onsen experience

It was an absolutely perfect and excellent location for us, near convenience stores, the great restaurants, bars and shops in town, and Niseko for many many years. It also was to ski area.

The location is best possible and prime, restaurants and bars were next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars you can select. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with good-sized, the Hirafu mountain view, for example...

The onsen was a good retreat after a long day on the slopes, and the breakfast buffet with a variety of local dishes made our mornings special.

Ideal hotel, it has reasonably priced restaurant and awesome location also close to several rental shops for ski or snowboarding equipment. They serve reasonably priced food, have lots of options to choose from. It offers fantastic services and has an enjoyable breakfast choices.

The hotel is fabulous, it has welcoming staff from ski concierge to shuttle driver to receptionists. Exceptional and awesome location very close to the ski lifts, the venue is close to a bus stop.

The Chalet Ivy Hirafu in Niseko is a convenient base for one night. It offers gorgeous views of the mountain. They provide a wide array of food at the absolutely fantastic breakfast. the location is marvelous and unbeatable in a pretty nice area, so close to Sapporo airport and train station.

The rooms here are newly renovated and well-kept, equipped with useful amenities like a microwave, air conditioner, and a personal safe, and the convenient location near the slopes adds to the comfort of the stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy Hirafu. the hotel was clean and luxurious, featuring qualified and friendly staff who provided impeccable service. Its central location made it convenient to access nearby stores, restaurants, and the visitor center.

A Cozy Retreat for Families

Our family enjoyed a good 4-night stay. The spacious room with a amazing view of Mt. Yotei made for lovely evenings. A highlight was the delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

great stay with minor room quirks

The king-sized bed provided so. Much.space! I loved the private shuttle service, made getting to the slopes easy. The staff were helpful, especially Front Office Assistant Manager Mr Sho Moi Satoh, were really good with recommendations and reservations. The mountain view from my superior room was amazing.

The hotel was overall great. Everything was fairly clean. the food was fabulous. the views were nice. the deluxe room had a perfectly clean bathroom. the staff were qualified and efficient.

The onsen was perfect after a long day of skiing. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view. The breakfast buffet offered both Western and Japanese options. Service was attentive and friendly 😊

Chalet Ivy Hirafu, Niseko had a beautifully decorated lobby that was inviting and warm. The spacious rooms featured modern amenities, and the entire hotel was easily accessible for seniors like myself.
